Located in the Cienega Valley of San Benito County, the Wirz Ranch contains some of the oldest vines in all of California; with Carignan, Mourvedre, Zinfandel, Mourtaou (Cabernet Pfeffer), Rose of Peru, and Palomino that Predate the 20th century.  This is a jewel in a picturesque valley.  We produce our Mourtaou Rosé, Riesling, Red Field blend, and Mourtaou Red from this Vineyard.

Suncroft

Monterey County

Situated atop the Laureles Grade which connects Monterey to the Carmel Valley, this is a 2.5 acre vineyard producing Pinot noir and chardonnay for our sparkling cuvee.  Extreme slopes and shallow soils produce tiny crops of dense, intense berries.
